BEFORE YOUR TATTOO — PAIN PREP A guided 10-15 minute breathwork session: three rounds of strong breathing and breath holds, done daily in the 2-3 weeks before your appointment. Anchor a plan to your tattoo date, or freestyle. Male or female voice guidance — or none. IN THE CHAIR One bubble, one word. Box, sigh, or slow breathing with audio that holds its rhythm even with the screen locked and the phone in your pocket. YOUR VOICE Record your own affirmations and the app plays them back on your exhales, in the chair. Your conviction, in your own voice. VISUALISE Short guided visualisations to set your head right — including The Day Before, for the night before you sit. Everything stays on your phone. No account, no ads, no tracking, works fully offline. Breath holds are involved: always seated, never while driving or in water. Full safety guidance is built into the app.
