High Jump Analyzer

App description

This app will push the limits of your high jump performance by providing comprehensive insights into your explosive power, takeoff forces, and overall efficiency. Each jump is analyzed using advanced physics principles to measure takeoff power in watts, vertical velocity, kinetic energy… ensuring you have the data necessary to optimize your technique and achieve peak performance. The app works best when your camera (or phone) is held wide and it is held still. The jumper should be allowed to move through the frame as they run, plant, takeoff and move toward the camera as they finish their jump. After you save you video with your camera or camera app, you load it from your photos. Press the markers button to set the bar, pit and takeoff. Then the set up button to input basic info, and finally the analyze button. After you save the analysis, it can be found in the app's history tab (top left), and it can be copied from there. Our Performance Scoring System delivers an unprecedented overview of your jumping mechanics, awarding scores up to 100 points across critical phases such as approach, plant, takeoff, and flight.
